Fetch requests were failing for roughly 30 minutes for some clusters in us-west-2 due to a bad feature flag rollout. Issue is isolated to < 1% of clusters and only impacted us-west-2. The incident only impacted consumers, not producers, and there was no data loss.

Systems are fully recovered, and the incident has been fully resolved.
